Clientox (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the Clientox StayDesk mobile app for PG, hostel, and small-stay owners in India. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect

When you use StayDesk, we may collect:

• Owner account — name, email, password, or Google sign-in profile.
• Property profile — property name, address, city, phone number, optional logo.
• Room & tenant records — room numbers, tenant names, phone numbers, rent amounts, move-in dates, and notes you enter.
• Payment notes — rent amounts, dates, and method labels (cash, UPI, etc.). We do not process payments inside the app.
• Support messages — messages you send to our team.
• Usage & device data — basic diagnostics and Firebase Analytics (device type, OS, interaction events). We do not collect precise location unless you enter an address.

3. How we use your information

• Create and manage your owner account
• Store and display property, room, and tenant data you enter
• Send rent reminders and in-app notifications you configure
• Improve app reliability, security, and user experience
• Respond to support requests and comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information or your tenants' contact details.

4. Storage & third parties

Data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore and Authentication). We use Google Sign-In optionally. See Google's privacy policy.

5. Your rights

Terms of Service

By using StayDesk you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Service

StayDesk is a property-management tool for Indian PG and hostel owners. We provide the app on an “as available” basis during early access and launch.

2. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for tenant data you enter and for complying with applicable rental and privacy laws.
• Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Do not use StayDesk for unlawful purposes or to store data you have no right to hold.

3. Data & availability

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. You should export or back up records you need. See our Privacy Policy for data handling.

4. Early access & changes

Features may change during launch. We may update these Terms; the effective date at the top will change. Continued use means acceptance.

5. Limitation of liability

StayDesk is provided without warranties. Clientox is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app, to the extent permitted by law.

Delete Account & Data

You can request permanent deletion of your StayDesk account and associated data, including tenant records under your property. This page meets Google Play's account deletion requirements.

How to request deletion

1. Email hello@clientox.com from the address linked to your account with subject Delete my StayDesk account.
2. Include your sign-in email and property name so we can verify the account.
3. We confirm receipt and complete deletion within 30 days, with a final confirmation email.

Before you delete

• Deletion is permanent. You will lose all tenant and rent records.
• Export any records you need before requesting deletion.
