Clientox (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the Clientox GymDesk mobile app and related services for gym and fitness studio owners in India. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect

When you use GymDesk, we may collect:

• Gym owner account — name, email address, and password when you register; or name, email, and profile photo when you sign in with Google.
• Gym profile — gym name, address, city, phone number, and optional logo.
• Member records — member names, phone numbers, membership plan, start and expiry dates, and check-in history you enter for your gym.
• Payment notes — amounts, dates, and payment method labels (cash, UPI, etc.) that you log for memberships. We do not process card payments inside the app.
• Support messages — messages you send to our team about your account or the app.
• Usage & device data — basic app diagnostics and analytics (such as Firebase Analytics) including device type, operating system, and general interaction events.

3. How we use your information

We use the information above to:

• Create and manage your gym owner account
• Store and display member, attendance, and membership data you enter
• Send renewal reminders and in-app notifications you configure
• Improve app reliability, security, and user experience
• Respond to support requests
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information or your members' contact details.

4. How we store and protect data

Account, gym, and member data are stored in Google Firebase (Firestore and Authentication), hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure. Passwords are handled by Firebase Authentication and are not stored in plain text by Clientox.

5. Third-party services

• Google Firebase — authentication, database, and analytics
• Google Sign-In — optional sign-in with your Google account

6. Data retention

We keep your account and gym data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymise associated personal data within 30 days, except where we must retain limited records for legal or security purposes.

• Access or update gym and profile details inside the app
• Export or correct member records you manage
• Sign out at any time from the Account screen

8. Children

GymDesk is intended for gym owners and staff aged 18 and above. Member records may include minors enrolled by their guardians; gym owners are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.

Terms of Service

By using GymDesk you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Service

GymDesk is a gym-management tool for Indian fitness studio owners. We provide the app on an “as available” basis during early access and launch.

2. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for member data you enter and for complying with applicable privacy laws.
• Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Do not use GymDesk for unlawful purposes or to store data you have no right to hold.

3. Data & availability

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. You should export or back up records you need. See our Privacy Policy for data handling.

4. Early access & changes

Features may change during launch. We may update these Terms; the effective date at the top will change. Continued use means acceptance.

5. Limitation of liability

GymDesk is provided without warranties. Clientox is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app, to the extent permitted by law.

Delete Account & Data

Clientox GymDesk Android app · com.clientox.gymdesk

You can request permanent deletion of your GymDesk account and the personal data linked to it, including member records stored under your gym. This page meets Google Play's account deletion requirements.

How to request deletion

1. Email hello@clientox.com from the address linked to your account with subject Delete my GymDesk account.
2. Include your sign-in email and gym name so we can verify the account.
3. We confirm receipt and complete deletion within 30 days, with a final confirmation email.

Before you delete

• Deletion is permanent. You will lose all member records and payment notes.
• Export any records you need before requesting deletion.
• If you only want to stop using the app, you can sign out without deleting data.
