Common questions.

How is this different from Keka or Zoho People?

Keka and Zoho People are built for 200 to 2,000 person companies with HR teams. Clientox HR is built for 1 to 20 employee teams where the founder is the HR. Smaller scope, simpler setup—compare on a demo.

Does it do payroll?

Not in v1. Salary breakup generation, yes. Actual monthly payroll runs come in v2 (post-launch). For now, we generate the structure so your CA can run payroll cleanly.

What about leave, attendance, performance reviews?

Roadmap. Not v1. v1 is hiring + onboarding only, done really well. The rest comes once that ships.

When does this launch?

Public launch window is Q4 2026 (October to December). Beta opens once the core hiring loop is done, likely Q3.

Is the offer letter format actually legal?

Yes. Reviewed by an Indian employment lawyer. Standard appointment letter structure with EPF, ESI, CTC, salary breakup, probation, notice period. Edit any clause before sending.
